HAVE YOU EVER WISHED YOU COULD SKIP THE ENTIRE 9 MONTHS OF PREGNANCY?
Well…I did. Kind of.

Before becoming a mom I hadn’t thought about whether I wanted an epidural or natural birth. I didn’t spend hours trying to find the perfect crib or comparing baby bottles. I didn’t think about parenting styles, breastfeeding, or nighttime baby routines. I knew nothing about installing a car seat, shopping for baby clothes, or packing a diaper bag. I had not given a thought to finding an obstetrician or a pediatrician. I had no idea what a birth plan was or whether I would prefer to breastfeed or use formula. I couldn’t tell you what was going on during a pregnancy or what you should do after giving birth. I did not plan for motherhood when it happened to me. My life was about me.
Life’s best moments usually happen unplanned.
Becoming a mother was the best thing to happen to me. It was also the most unplanned.
Upon my daughter’s birth I had nothing. I had no diapers, no bassinet, no car seat, and no clue where to even begin.
Without realizing it I became Mom With No Plan.
Mom With No Plan is about me and my journey of motherhood.
I am Mom With No Plan. I am here to share. Whether it’s about baby care or self-care I’m here. If you want to learn about baby health or dinner ideas I’m here. If you’re looking for thoughts on baby products or parenting I’m here. All that I’ve learned and am learning I’m here to share with you. The good, the bad, the rewarding, and everything else that comes with being a parent.
I have no plan. I am just a first-time mommy trying to be the best mother I can be.
